Tactical airfield operations marker – small

Rapid deployment for temporary landing zones

The challenge

Whether in military operations, humanitarian missions or emergency deployments, aircraft often need to take off and land in locations where no existing infrastructure is available. This is where the central challenge lies. Temporary landing zones must be established quickly – often under high time pressure, in remote areas and in poor visibility or complete darkness.

At the same time, strict safety standards and national regulations must be observed. Without reliable, rapidly deployable and clearly visible marking systems, the risk to the crew, equipment and mission success increases significantly. Ground coordination is further complicated when no stable communication infrastructure is available.

Our solution

The marking lights enable the rapid and safe establishment of temporary landing zones – worldwide, at any time and in almost all conditions. High-performance marking lights ensure that the landing zones remain clearly visible even at night or in poor visibility, allowing for safe take-offs and landings. The smaller version of the standard tactical airfield operations marker is also particularly easy to transport and space-saving, making it highly flexible for use in a wide variety of operational locations.

Thanks to modern radio technology, the individual lights communicate with each other via a local mesh network and can be easily controlled remotely. By using country-specific public ISM frequency bands, the system can be deployed quickly and easily without complex approval procedures. It can be operated manually or seamlessly integrated into existing mobile tactical radio networks.
